Effective January 1, 2027, all appointments will be conducted via telehealth, allowing you to receive care conveniently and safely from your home or another private location. Telehealth visits provide the same level of attention and support as in‑person appointments, without the need to travel. Instructions for accessing your virtual appointment will be provided in advance.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify Starfish Services at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-show appointments will be charged $100, which is not covered by any insurance.
